Kunsten.nu promotes art activities in and around Copenhagen under the umbrella of Copenhagen Art Week from August 23rd - September 1st.

The talents and visions of Danish artists, museums and gallery have put them on the map both nationally and internationally. Copenhagen Art Week focuses on the best on Denmark’s art scene, and the quality of its art institutions and galleries. Our goal is to cement the position of Copenhagen as a capital for the visual arts - a city that embraces art activities with a broad appeal, as well as underground projects.

Copenhagen Art Week presents a week packed with activities for art lovers. Guided tours, artist talks and a gallery night - together with the programmed activities of the city’s galleries and art centres - will generate engaging meetings between the audience, art professionals and artists, all taking the pulse of contemporary art.
